Rescheduled Event: The Writers Group Presents Special Guest Author Annie Dawid The Writers Group presents special guest author Annie Dawid on Friday, February 9 at 2 p.m. in the Library Community Room. Annie will read excerpts from her latest novel Paradise Undone a Novel of Jonestown. In Paradise Undone, the author has written fictional accounts of a factual event. Her characters were all real people, although some of the names have been changed. Dawid offers up several perspectives of the event, sprinkled with actual quotes from Jim Jones. She offers a glimpse into the minds of those involved, and their stories are told based on the facts that she uncovered through decades of research. A light snack will be served.
