You know the seasons must have changed once again, as one of the most unique art shows of the spring kicks off this Friday and Saturday. Dubbed “Art in the Barn,” a team of local artists has transformed a simple rural barn into a breathtaking display of artwork, jewelry, clothing, furniture, and more. Artist Lorie Merfeld-Batson is the main organizer of the event (and owner of the barn) and will have her oil, watercolor, and pastel works on display. Artist Terri Wiebke will also be offering oil paintings and pastels. Uniquely, Angela Camarillo and Laura Varone, known locally as the “Flip Sisters,” have curated wood designs, upcycled custom furniture, and home decor.
