In a recall election that has gone on for over a year, as the Tribune went to press Tuesday night at 9:30 p.m., Tom Flower was losing by 20 votes on the recall question to remove him from office. The election on Tuesday night at 9 p.m. had 1181 citizens voting yes to remove him and 1161 citizens voting no. There are still 35 ballots that need to be looked at for signature validation. The curing of signatures is required to be handled by next Wednesday. If the votes are within one-half of one percent (.05%), then an automatic recount will take place. Jordan Hedberg
