The Wet Mountain Valley is renowned for the quality of its hay crop, and on Friday, December 26, there will be a large hay, straw, alfalfa, and firewood auction at the Custer County Fairgrounds. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to buy or sell.
The auction will be quick and starts at 4 p.m.
Consignments are welcome, so come earlier. It is a flat 10% commission. These auctions will continue through February on the last Friday of the month.
