On Sunday, June 25, Community United Methodist Church (CUMC) will celebrate its 100-year Anniversary. We invite the community to join in the fun and fellowship as we relish the past with gratitude and look to the future with hope.
Drop by CUMC at the corner of Rosita and South 6th Street for any of the day’s activities:
• At our regular 9 a.m. service, we will acknowledge the day and celebrate in worship together. Cake and coffee will be served after services.
• Beginning at 3:30 p.m., enjoy music from the local Dulcimer Group while browsing historical displays celebrating past and present members, activities, and missions of our little church.
• The program continues at 4:30 p.m. with a welcome, recognition of special guests, a spot of storytelling, and special music from Terry Skaggs and Barb Saint-Amour.
• At 5 p.m., we are hosting a community dinner. Space is filling up, so please call 719-783-2511 to reserve your seat by June 20.
Rain or shine, we hope you will join us!
